Thread: Firefox is Garbage, Use Chrome!

  1. #51
Chrome is noticeably faster than firefox, both at starting up and simply loading web pages. Once I went chrome I could never go back. Such a much better uI than the new versions of firefox

FF has no tracking. How to do this on Chrome? I don't want to share my information with Google. Though I love Chrome very much, I only use it to test web design.

Go to chrome://settings/advanced -> Under the Hood, and untick all the "Privacy" options on the right panel. It should then no longer report anything.

^^^ I had to read that post twice to try and convert it from a 12 year old girl post on Facebook to English .

I've been mucking around with Firefox the last couple of days, just to prove I'm not biased towards Chrome but I have noticed a huge speed difference between Chrome and Firefox. I do like the bookmark manager and the fact that you can view all your tabs opened with the drop down arrow - at the end near the minimize button.

I prefer Firefox because Chrome doesn't always render some webpages right.

Hey WTO Editor, will try what you suggested. Meanwhile, i just downloaded the chrome extension called "Keep My Opt-Outs". I will see whether it works better and keep everybody updated on that.

Surprised I forgot about addons. Firefox has a ton of privacy protection ones, and probably so does Chrome.
