You have to type that as if it was a chat message, then press Enter. Obviously, "password" and "email" are to be replaced with that information. For example:
The password and e-mail can be anything you want, really. You won't need to remember them if you don't usually go to Waffles' IRC (which since this thread exists, is obviously the case).Code:/msg nickserv register password1234 [email protected]
After you do that, you should be able to /join #waffles.fm-help. Note you must have been connected for a certain amount of time to be able to register your nick, I think it was 2-3 minutes.

so it sould be something like this then let say /msg bigdog 300azx mike160@gmail

no, it'd be:
/nick bigdog
<Hit the enter key>
/msg nickserv register 300azx [email protected]
<Hit the enter key>
That will make your nickname "bigdog" and the password "300azx". If you wanted it the other way around just switch those two. Remember that your nickname should be your waffles account name.
Just for the record, this:
Would send a private message to another user called "bigdog" with the rest as its content.
I think the e-mail address must at least look like a valid one (even if it doesn't exist), so mike160@gmail should be [email protected].
