I don't know why its not working for me.. I tried to open it via a hide-proxy websites with no luck

gfxnews.ru uses JavaScript to redirect you to http://forum.gfxnews.org/. PHP proxies often disable scripts by default, hence why they don't work. Anyway, it's loading for me here also - maybe using that link takes you to their homepage?

No it doesn't open.. I think they blocked egypt or may be my isp blocked them

use a socks 5 proxy from the US or from somewhere other than egypt with your browser
HTTP should be fine also.

I actually own a proxy network, and tried on one of my online web proxies.
As anon said javascript is (usually) disabled by default by the owner of the proxy.
Simply go to options and click allow scripts, and you should be fine.
Or just ignore that all and use anon's url: http://forum.gfxnews.org/
