In thief 1 (fps) i sneeked up behind a guard and i heard him drunkenly complaining about his job and how damp it was in the dungeon and stuff. I couldnt help giggling as i smacked him over the head with my blackjack. there were other funny things game which i dont quite remember.

game and watch. i never played the orignal but know the character from smash brothers. any game with that dude has to be funny
I had Super Smash Bros. Melee, it was class... to the extreme.
I only needed to unlock one more stage on it. I had all the characters and Mr Game and Watch was OK.

Old Guy
A lot of the characters in No One Lives Forever have funny conversations if you sneak up close enough to hear them, like one guy who's trying to sell the other guy a monkey.
If you're into adventure games, Grim Fandango and all four Monkey Island games were pretty funny.
