I think the circular pattern on the left side is a fan inlet/outlet so maybe wont be too bad

if we're talking about a gaming PC that hole is not enough. I have 5 fans in my case and it still gets hot

The keyboard says G15 on it in the picture so no I didn't miss that lol. I've got the same mouse and am tempted to do something similar to it as with the picture
