Jewish folk will start celebrating Passover today, with the sunset. We celebrate our liberation from Egyptians with this holiday.

Oleg... I peg you as a 19 year old, awkwardly scrawny, pale Russian Jew with big moles on your shoulders and back. Not only that, but that the moles are more concentrated around one shoulder than the other. I'm not saying all of them are big, they are just the more noticeable ones. There's probably a wide size distribution between their diameters. You also drive some male relative's old VW Jetta, Ford Escort, or Lincoln Town Car that you borrow rarely on account of not having attained an actual driver's license. Am I close with any of this? This is the image you portray, so I'm curious if imagination meets reality here. I've always had the image in mind, but it didn't really settle until you made a point to remind everyone here about Passover.

Now, you mention the bit about the Egyptians, but doesn't it seem a bit archaic to commemorate that after so long. Don't the Jews just celebrate it because it's tradition, and only for the sake of tradition. I mean the same can be said about most modern religious holidays, they're so unattached from their original symbolism. I'll leave with that because I don't care all too much about Passover.

Well, when I read your post, I had to check an on-line dictionary for the meanings of the words peg and scrawny. It looks like peg means identify, and scrawny means skinny. I am skinny, but I am 29 and I don't have moles. I never drove a car...
And I think Jews celebrate this holiday not only because of tradition, but also because God (let's hope that He exists) made us free from Egyptians.

Another fine example of your subtile trolling ... now you are just writing an innocent post about a jewish holliday, but at the same time you mention the Egyptians, trying to stir some shit, knowing this is a sensitive issue for many people.

Troll, troll, troll ...and more trolling ...
    Can you feel the LOVE

Damn I was expecting to hit near 100 % accuracy. I'm not surprised about being wrong on the car, I went with seldom driving rather than no driving on account of New York, but I just knew you're not a daily driver. Not one mole?! I'm not eastern european and even I have a couple of moles. The one I'm most suspicious of is the age though...

And seriously, only because of tradition for most.
