Does anyone know of a way to speed up your suprnova.org downloads? Bit Torrent is the best, but I sometime have to wait 2-3 for a download to complete! I have a fast cable modem...and I usually get really fast speeds everywhere!

Not really,the only way to get files fast is if there are a lot of user sharing it with fast internet.

It depends on the seeds/leechers.You cant d/l faster than they u/l mate.
