I don't really understand what you're asking since to me you are using contradictory language ("on Usenet" vs. "Forum"/"Website") but I'll take a stab at helping you.

There are usenet binary groups that have Japanese content. They have "japanese," "idol," "jpop" and "asian" in their group name. Browse those groups and see if you find what you're looking for.

But these are not my purpose...

I know a forum 'AsianUsenet'. But that only have few resources over there (And Korean/Chinese...)
