This is driving me crazy, my connection is maxing out on speed test sites but I'm getting terrible speeds. Can anyone else confirm?
Update: Seems that it's the U.S. servers that are slow and the Eu servers are fast at the moment.

I tend to always use the EU servers, and not the indeterminate and US ones. Sometimes I will also mix servers, like 8 US and 8 EU.
Getting 11MB here atm..
I always use EU servers. well that is because im in Europe lol. ive got terrible speed via US server
But i might consider myself lucky because my ISP has a direct route to ams-ix where their servers are.
That's why i suppose i get speed that is higher than my. subscription plan allows me to have. It seems like a peering to me or whatever it is called because i get "normal" speed from almost everywhere else except for several sites + via local peers from torrent ... dunno
downloading some crap =) ==>>

Getting 33Mbps+ from my 30Mbps line so obviously no issues here. I use their 3 SSL addresses, 7 for the ssl.astraweb, 7 for US , 6 for Euro server.
Who needs cloud storage when you got the NSA?
Was slow for me when the post was made as well, but sped up over time. Guessing it was a server/routing issue. No biggie for me, and as always, there are alternate servers available!
