I thought the call to Art Bell at the end was very interesting. If the guy was telling the truth or not, I don't know, but he did sound genuinely scared. Almost like when a child is scared out of their mind. I'm convinced that he believed what he was saying, even if that's due to a mental illness, knowing the truth, or whatever.
As a side note, I think that call was used on a track from the band Tool, if I remember correctly.
