Which browser are you using? I know sometimes I have trouble with opera trying to dl from sites.

I'm using IE, and it appears that the download link is dead.
I've tried a couple of download sites... (I needed a laugh) but the install file just ain't there.
Seriously though, shinzuiski, take the time to read at least some of that stuff linked in this topic - knowledge is power.
