I remember a similar topic but couldn't find it in first few pages.
For the next few months I might not be able to use trackers at all. Logging in will be rare enough and downloading is strictly no-no.
So I was wondering what are the inactivity rules at different sites?
In what sites only logging in is enough, and where I will have to download to keep my account alive? How infrequent the logging in can be?
Hunting for new accounts is very frustrating, so I dont wanna loose the old ones.

Information there is probably outdated, though.

You can always contact staff and ask not to prune your account if that is possible.
That's the proper way of dealing this. I've been banned from several sites for inactivity and when I come back and go talk to their IRC support channels they often mentions that I should contact them before I leave for a longer period of time so they can make my account secure from inactivity pruning.

I don't think Demonoid ever deletes inactive accounts -- or has any requirements at all to keep a membership -- if Demonoid even counts as a 'private' torrent site.
