    1. Hiding address bar feature is AVAILABLE NOW !!!!
    2. Stupid article doesn't explain how web navigation would be achieved if the address bar is removed completely. Its like saying OH SOON WE'LL HAVE MONITORS IN OUR HOUSE WINDOWS.

I think the url is in a drop down under each tab. Don't like it myself but i guess it's good if you have a small screen or netbook maybe

Indeed, it's quite great for netbooks, and just hovering the mouse over the tab brings back the URL bar.
So, no biggie here, quite easy to get used to.

I already hate the way new browser designs are getting much too sparse. Eliminating the menu (file edit view etc.) putting stupid avatars in the upper corner and now the URL bar. If I already hate the NEW simplistic look, what makes you think I will like it more with less. I swear these idiots are steered like cattle by power users who have no sense of the actual normal user out there. The new Opera sucks, chrome sucks even worse for all its security the GUI is atrocious. I like security too, but not at the expense of a GUI I can actually figure out without training.
