If any of that is true I have three thoughts :
1. A police force that leaves it up to private interests to either dictate what they do or apparently to some extent do their work/thinking for them isn't worth the paper that allows it's continued existence.
2. Feeling seems to have handled it well and by either sense or necessity isn't ,as he was by his own free will involved in illegal activities , whining about being hard done by.
3. I understand why Feeling couldn't give the straight dope to members but I fail to fathom ( considering the aforementioned non-adherence to Laws) why no one else said anything.
To me is sounds like the 'reporter' (or should I appropriately title them as, blogger) tried to water down the allegations/events.
What the blogger/reporter failed to understand is FACT's strategy. They are not aiming at prosecuting owners. Instead they are going straight to the source - leaving you in atmosphere of fear-worry -uncertainty by bullying and harassing you, they leave you there hanging. Eventually you begin to do damage control and that includes closing down your t-tracker.
End result - tracker dead. E-content breach neutralized. Mission accomplished imho.
Feeling is a dumb, arrogant fuck. It took me only two days to find out his identity before contacting FACT.
He had been warned not to purge people for no reason.
Now his ass has been owned.
