Tracker like Filelist.Ro

I think what you're looking for are other similarly large trackers. RuTracker and Zamunda are two names that spring to mind right now. The former only asks for a >0.3 ratio, the latter has no requirements whatsoever. TL would also qualify in terms of size, but there's no freeleech there.

I would've signed up at Rutracker but their interface looks a bit strange,
its a little tough for me to find what i want there with proper descriptions in Rutracker,

I'm from romania and right here , we look at Fl.ro as the lamest tracker on romania and beyond ( it's because of the users and the staff members and because of the upload contents ) . It's hard to explain but in romania we use Filelist.ro only because they have like 300k users , not for it's content .
If you wanna find another tracker like fl.ro try lasttorrents.org . They have a huge number of users and about the same content .
Or you can try myxz.org ( aka xtremezone.ro ) . I would suggest iplay but you said you have already tried it .

I don't understand, you mean that Filelist is looked down upon just because its big and brimming with activity? or is it looked down because its comparatively easier to get and maintain like Demonoid (which is a great tracker too)
Lasttorrents is a very good tracker but they do have the VIP/Power User only Restricted downloads which is not quite cool
not to mention much lesser seeders leechers and activity

Yeah, that's right. They are way more than a 0-Day, Scene-only tracker like SCC, for example. But as long as the content is good and plentiful, I don't care if it's Scene or non-Scene.

But there are just so many scene trackers out there which can satisfy my needs
But i am primarily looking for a place where i can get good reliable content without having to worry much about ratio and buffer or seedtime, Filelist and IPT combined somewhat fits the bill
i have downloaded maybe close to 50 gigs in Filelist and wasn't able to upload much(6GB maybe) but i am still maintaining a Greater than one ratio
and i don't think no one in Filelist or IPT ever checks for H&R as long as you have a good ratio

i am from romania too... filelist is a very good traker, and the biggest in number of torrents and users in Romania.... but is used mostly by newer bt romanian users and foreign people.... romanian veterans are very pretentious and search more than torrents and seeders, things that filelist fail to provide.... i , for example i prefer download chd, wiki or hidt or any other good encoder group from source trackers, even with a lower speed.... other good romanians you could try would be torrentbits, lasttorrents, scenefz, czone, extremeshare....
demonoid and torrents.ru are exceptional for everything except movies (on rutracker are mostly dubbded, on demonoid mostly are very low quality)
zamuda is very good to, but mostly for older stuff, not quite 0day...
other trackers with good content and no strict rules are torrents.md, linkomanija, partis.si, fano.lv.....

Yeah, it's in Russian, I'll give you that one. On the other side, you don't need to know the language to use a search bar, and Google Translate will work for checking the comments.

Non-Bulgarians would be a more accurate description, and you can still use it with a working HTTP proxy, for example 46.40.126.144:3128.

other good romanians you could try would be torrentbits, lasttorrents, scenefz, czone, extremeshare....

Just signed up in czone and torrentbits
but content is nowhere near Filelist
example
FL has 1000 CHD and Wiki and Flawl3ss each, 650+ NPW
whereas Czone and Torrentbits don't even have 120+ of them
or am i seeing duplicated torrents in Filelist?

yeah, many times, on filelist, it's uploaded the scene version, wiki and chd versions, internal hdb version, sometimes even the rosubbed version of the same existent group... so, for example, you could find 6 versions of the same 720p movie....

Invitations to this tracker are closed permanently
only VIPs and Admins and Recruiters can enlist you in this site
do a google search for some romanian forums or some Tracker Invite, they have some recruiters there
win them over by convincing them that you are a good user

Just accessed Zamunda via a BLG Proxy, signups are closed

interestingly Filelist's ACTIVE torrents has increased almost 1.5 times in the past week
it was 40k+ when i signed up
Now its 63k+

It's the same tracker ( www.myxz.org = xtremezone.ro ) . It's a great tracker , I used to be a sysop there ...They have 17564 torrents in the general category and they also have an adult category and a music cat ..
