I thought I'd look up the Apple Cider Vinegar preventative, as I know it's great for gout and wondered if it would help arthritis. And sure enough, people say it helps this condition also. If I were you I'd start drinking ACV+honey+water daily to keep it from flaring up - and, according to that page, some Flax Seed Oil for all your cooking + some stir-frys with ginger and garlic? As a preventative (every day) - man, you should look into it

Man it's harsh to see the most productive of us get hit with disease that can stop all that

She was really a psychopath? I don't even remember that sitcom. I think I almost never watched it. I remember watching other comedy sitcoms such as "Family Matters" and "Saved By the Bell", but it was really a long time ago.
Edit: "Sabrina - teenage witch" also just came to my mind; I watched a few episodes of it.

You guys are so lucky 'cause you have goals in life; you probably have jobs, relationships, and other things. And in some way, I am like a mentally retarded person 'cause I can't even force myself to brush my teeth or take a shower. My life is uninteresting and empty.
At least the OP can work (dunno though what the word juggle means; a dictionary suggests it means moving, so I guess when he says that he juggles 4 jobs, he means he has 4 jobs?) and he probably has rich social and intellectual life, despite his recent diagnosis... But me... I am probably worse off than anyone else here.
