    FTTH is starting to get rolled out here. Some ISP's already have plans and they're disgusting. Internode is a pretty respected ISP here, just look at the prices:

    That's because once you privatise a national infrastructure owning company, you essentially create a monopoly for it to enjoy for years to come. Now the Aus government have had to create competition against a company it once owned. And free market capitalism, fails once again ¬¬
