Reject, you cannot argue that you are in fact downloading a stream; either through cache or through 3rd party sources.
"Computer games don't affect kids; I mean if Pac-Man affected us as kids, we'd all be running around in darkened rooms, munching magic pills and listening to repetitive electronic music"
I explained that much to you, as did others. It's really doesn't matter who moved it. It was done as an act of established FST administrations.
You were the child calling the guy a 'fucking retarded prick'.
Abusive cunt? Look inwards, oh ye of little brains.
Actually you're streaming a file... so you so do actually get a copy of the file. But that's not a deliberate act of downloading the file, hence it's not filesharing, which is when you deliberately download a file. There is a difference, and it is a very important if seemingly trivial difference, it's what prevents the cunts who want to stop all of you doing your filesharing from suing everyone who ever watches anything on YouTube.
And on that note, I shall move on as suggested by the adult in the room.

Teh n00b.
Downloading is still downloading. Why do you think that there are takedowns on YouTube? Yesterday "Friday" was removed from ARK's YouTube page because of a copyright dispute.

"Filesharing" is not illegal, nor is posting to YouTube. However, when someone owns the content, they can insist that it not be stored, or transmitted. (With various effectiveness, Ofc.)
I'm with everyone else on this- filesharing has seen many, many forms already, and there will be more to come as people look to distribute files from one location to another. Depending on the intended audience, size, and use different mediums (such as streaming, BT, usenet, etc.) are of benefit.
You are just making yourself look like (more of) an ass by continuing this...
