That's Osho, I find myself too impossibly impatient to listen to him speak. That video is shite because of his damn pausing.

I don't want to underplay the comedic value of it though. It's his annoyingly slow and pausing speech that makes this particularly funny. If it was someone else doing it, it'd be amusing, but Osho always keeps it straight even when the audience is cracking. He did all kinds of lectures focused on freeing your lifestyle (from shackles of religion, sexual taboo, criticism, etc.).
