Go to gamecopyworld and get the one for GTA with the patch.

yes 3rd gen that is true but pitbul answer didnt need to be that rude. every single time i see him i know somebody is gonna get flame at.

i agree especially some of the attitudes in them, he has also started a 3rd on the same thing, looking or drivers, as if its hard.

edit: to your problem, if it happens, dont alttab to the desktop, let it sit for a bit, up to a minute and see if it goes away itself, as the card may not be keeping up with the game, or the computer may not be keeping up.

also try sheep high fps
