NZB Search isn't working as it did in the past

I would be happy to fix the search feature. I've had to create my own google search page under google labs just to have a way to search for nzbs. Would rather just come to the site, do a quick search and grab the downloads.

If you want to setup your own search go to google.com, find the custom search. Create a search entry and add the below info.

EXCLUDE

Can test it here until a fix comes out.

I know, it's being worked on but things like this take time because of the time difference between me and our server tech support people.
We use a special search system (sphinx), because the normal vbulletin search is impossible to use on large boards like this, and that I'm not experienced enough to debug it myself.

But I've just sent a new config file to our server tech people and they will hopefully set it up and rebuild the indexes monday.

Well not exactly, I just turned on the standard vbulletin search for now. It won't do post/thread searching older than yesterday, but will do NZB searching to the beginning. It's a good enough middle ground until this is properly fixed.
