I've changed my OS, my whole setup, everything, and except for my collections, and imp data, I deleted everything and I can't post the actual screenshot, but..... Nothing.

But you were signed in to your imageshack account when you posted this screenshot. So if you say this screenshot has been tampered with, you must still be having the original screenshot in your imageshack account
