Btw, I tried to update the rarity list of open signups trackers to maintain some standard.

Level 0 and open signup : always open
Level 1 and open signup : accounts are pruned all the time or are often open and no invite system
Level 1 and invite only : invite system and may have open signup too, though not always open.

Think it makes sense.

I clicked the us flag signup and it gave a signup page. Never said closed so I assumed it was open signups.
