In short: Top p2p group set up own private tracker w/ VIP downloads [early releases, special TS encodes, SCRs], and as any other tracker, makes profit. Angry line audio supplier sets up FTP server, adds dumb p2p group members to database, turns them into the feds. Corruption breeds corruption.
