NZB Section Bugs Fixed

Just went on a bug fixing spree this afternoon, the following should all be fixed:

• When editing comments the editor was broken (no bbcode buttons, no save / cancel buttons)
• When editing comments the edit area was not properly aligned
• When editing comments could not switch between WYSIWYG and Standard editors
• Creating a new "Collection" would not auto-subscribe you to the collection
• TV.com new URL structure didn't work: "http://tv.com/shows/SHOWNAME/"
• Sometimes cover images would not show up when hovering over a title on the NZB Index
• For those where the cover image would not show up, also the reminder button would not work...

Some I still know about:

• The search is broken
• When you press the Thanks button, it always thanks but will sometimes reload the page (ajax fail) or other times it will just not show any effect

If you guys know of any more, or see those that I fixed above pop up again, let me know...
