Please someone explain to me how anyone is stupid enough to give the most important role in their movie to least interesting actor in it?

I haven't made a judgment on Timberlake yet because I actually love the stuff he does on SNL, and was just OK in Social Network (haven't seen him in anything else).

That aside, this trailer tells me the movie is a shitfest. When you design a world where time is currency, you don't have every fucking word out of your mouth be about time. It should be in the background, more of the root of the story. It's the same problem I had with "Lie to Me". Complete lack of tangent thought.
