    Definitely extortion ! Bullies may win in the short term and cause a lot of suffering ; Extortion via Bullying is not a winning strategy for long term success of any kind. Think about it ... if you Bully ...do you ever feel safe ? .. Anywhere ? for Any length of Time ?
