Here in Lithuania we can get 100 Mbit optic fibre line for 15 euros/month. The country is banned only in What.CD interview chan AFAIK.
No hating here. I just think that tracker staff have more serious reasons than just fast internet to ban a whole country.

The dialogue here is riveting, no REEEAAALLLY. I didn't have an opinion on Romanians before, but I'm leaning towards "not a fan". I mean anyone that identifies their nationality with a bandwidth number... it's just, like some post apocalyptic mentality.

I don't think I agree with that.
If a tracker banned my country, then I'd be like "to hell with it" and move to any of the hundred other sites around. No point in doing a cyber-attack which will achieve nothing short of proving their point.
