I want to kno how to use car mods that i have downloaded, like where they go and stuff, if anyone can help post it on here or im me on aim

It does but it isn't in english.
All you have to do is copy the "models" file and the "data" files that you downloaded and replace the ones in your vice city directory.Be sure to make a backup of the originals though incase you ever want to switch back.

Some have an automatic installer

But saving backups is nesaccary cause you can download the original cars from GTA Vice City sites i have 1 bookmarked in case i need it
