sorry I'm not sure how to do a search through a windows program to find+extract the cursors though?

no idea, gonna get the game running once i reboot into windows and then i shall google to see if it's possible. Must be a way to write these games so guess theres a way to extract from them.

I actually remember that cursor or something similar as being part of the software installation for the Microsoft Easyball kids trackball.

I suppose you can always take a screenshot, crop it, then use IrfanView to make the background transparent and save it as a .cur file.
