If your a power user on Waffles.fm you can request an Invite there, I think you mat be able to do the same on What.cd as well...Tho I'm not a power user on What.cd so I'm not sure.

Not really concerned about this though, it was a long time ago. Bt sites probably don't care much about that "era" anymore.
