I might be interested in applying for utn. But would like some more info on it first. First and formost how's the staff? Pretty nice guys or some uptight self serving pricks? I just can't see myself apart of a site that falls into the second group. How are the speeds? What kind of a ratio system do they have? How are the forums? Arfe the pretty active or sorta dead? By active I mean decent posts not full of forum whores that post just to bring they're post count up. How's the content? What about irc is that fairly active?
I read the review but the reviews for the most part tend to be sorta lacking on here.
