Someone had a question regarding the placement of this thread...if it were placed in the "Giveaway" section, there would not be so many brand new members trying to make it their first site. Of course they will be interested as they are not able to see anything else being given away until they get full access.

The other section gets more traffic anyway.

its just that so many off these raw recruits canna bother to read the FAQs

If they can't read that yellow bar at the top of every thread which shows the requirements for new users, do you expect them to go through the FAQ?
