i couldnt help myself but suggest itadly it looks like every one of the sites recommended here requires (at very least) an invite.
ended up getting into bitHq.org which seems like a real good site so far. anyone know what happened to HD-bits.ro? seems to have disappeared.

Bit hdtv is great for encodes and their speeds! Easy to keep up ratio there!
