System specs are sorta misleading.
A well tweaked midrange comp can easily out score a poorly configured high end system.

i seriously gotta get a new computer, i'm saved up to about 1200 bucks, i'll save it up until i get to 2000 bucks, then i'll build a comp instead of buying one, cuz building it is much cheaper (but frustrating). but i have got to change my video card b4 i do anything, like i said, wat kind of video card can i get for less than 100 bucks? radeon? geforce? i'm thinking along the lines of an ati 9200SE-128M Radeon 9200SE 128M AGP8x oem (78 bucks canadian!!!

I have the radeon that you are questioning cpt_azad, try and go up from the SE, to either a non-pro or pro.
Stay away from the MX series from now on.
AGP is the speed that it can do, it will run on what you have just not as well.
