What's up with the attachment system?

I'm not able to embed attached images in my posts as it was possible in the past. Usually you could click on the arrow next to the attachment button when posting, select the image you wanted, and the editor would add BBCode pointing to it. Now it's not possible to do it:

Well, I just tried it in IE8 after reading your post and it worked fine. I guess the vBulletin guys didn't bother to test it in Opera or something...
