Thread: Converting Divx To Mpeg

    Can anyone tell me why every movie I convert from DivX to mpeg I end up with the sound terribly out of sync.

    you must ensure that there are no bad frames before conversion

    I think you can use tempgr or something like that.

    Just make sure u when u do it in tmpgenc just put it on ES Stream and then when it is done just mux the audio with the video.

    or convert the audio to wav using VirtualDub and then convert it with TMPGEnc

    I recommend u use headache (make sure u get all the plugins) and then just set the destination and the quality and when encoding the movie do what I said in the post above.

    bad frames cause 99% of sync problems
    http://divxrepair.sourceforge.net/
    will remve them for you
