As far as Disabled Privs go, well that's what happens when someone at your level of debating capability has moderating privileges. By the way, Privs is short for privileges. In this syntax, Privs, being short for privileges, is the noun in which Disabled, an adjective, modifies. That's how it works in English, we put the modifying adjective immediately before the noun, or a string of them before the noun. In Spanish, you would put the modifying adjective after the noun.
