Yes but the speculation is that figure includes the marketing and "incidentals" not usually included in estimates.
Normally "big" movies have advertising budgets in excess of $50 million dollars so if you take that into account and subtract the rumoured $80 million received for product placement, something the Bond franchise is infamous for , the film really cost a bottle of Bolanger's and a second hand Aston Martin DBS to produce.
