just take a welding class and learn how i did yrs ago my bro made some for us when we were little but back then he did'nt sharpen them but now osta la vista baby but ya all it takes is a glove and a 2ft piece of sheet metal and a blow torch and a knive sharpener B) trust

It was halloween a few weeks ago... they always have some of those. See if any costume shops have them for sale, I saw some pretty good ones.
