Open a port in your router/firewall, and use that in uTorrent. It's not very difficult. However, some Indian ISPs are known to put you inside a giant private network (10.0.0.0/8, 192.168.0.0/16, 172.20.0.0/12) which accesses the Internet via NAT performed on their facilities - a giant router, essentially. In that case, not much can be done, short of using a VPN with port forwarding or a dedicated IP.
