I was looking for the same song... it's by the Trans-Siberian Orchestra and the track name is "Christmas Eve (Sarajevo 12/24)". The album could be of the same name, or (as was the case with the recording I found on iTunes) it could be in the "Christmas Eve and Other Stories" album.

Definitely an awesome rendition of the Carol of the Bells
