I'm looking for a program that can limit another programs CPU usage. For example, I'm playing a GBA game with VisualBoy Advance, and my CPU usage is at 100%. I want a program that can limit it's CPU usage to like 60% or so. I know that it will slow down the game, but I don't care. I found a program called Mo'Slo 4BIZ that can do this, but it isn't free. Anyone know any other programs that can do this?

I'm not sure I understand your question but there is Windows Task Manager that can set priority to programs.

Press: [ctrl]+[alt]+[del] keys then click on the Processes tab>choose a program on the list and right click it and select 'Set Priority'.

@Triadcool
There is no trial version for Mo'Slo 4BIZ.

I was looking for something like that. Netlimiter can limit the transfer rates for programs, not the CPU usage.

I found a program called CPUKiller, just what I was looking for. Thanks anyway guys!

I was about to suggest what VirtualBody already did...
why is it that people seem to naturally think they need a third party program to achieve what they want?

I tried what Virtualbody1234 said before I posted. Even with the priority set to Low, the CPU usage didn't decrease too much, around 80-100%. I opened the program with CPUKiller and the programs CPU usage went down to 43%.
