I am all kinds of mixed feelings about this. I am sort of anti-flash, but completely anti-Apple. Because of Apple's refusal to allow flash content within browsers, it's less lucrative for Adobe to continue investing time and development into flash-based browsing. I do like the promise of html5, and have always kind of despised flash, but it's currently the way so many videos/interactive objects function now. So we'll see less support in all of the other mobile devices, without anything else so near in the horizon (but will be more active for html5 later). So I'm kind of angry and satisfied at the same time. I am all kinds of mixed feelings about this.

I guess with flash being on the android market means at least current versions of android devices will have the flash support so the android users still have that bragging right over apple users lol
This shows that Apple does not care about the consumers - they are making choices for us. I have never owned an Apple product nor will I. I thought I would have been able to watch some NFL games a couple weeks ago when I was out of the country because a friend of mine has an IPAD and I have the NFL to go subscription. Ooops! That requires the Flash player! Screw you Apple. At least give us the choice - if we want to do something that drains the battery, guess what - we have chargers! Now we have to wait until ALL the sites in the World move from Flash to HTML5. Your arrogance knows no bounds. Long Live Android!
