Very quick question about IPT & seeding.

When you're seeding IPT torrents, do you STILL get the 'bonus points' even if someone's not downloading those specific torrents?

(I did have a brief look for a definitive answer but thought asking on here would be better)

That was pretty fast indeed.

I think it's 1 point every 5-6 hours if you're not uploading anything.

You have to download everything though.
Just DL'ing the sample of a movie will earn you nothing. Also downloading everything except the .nfo file will also not grant you any bonus points.

It's like that almost everywhere. The tracker can't really tell a partial leecher from an ongoing download apart, so it only gives full seeders points. Which doubles as a pretty good anti-abuse measure, by the way.

Yeah I've found it's the same with other trackers - you have to DL the entire .torrent... cheers for the info
