cuz norton is just trying to have a share of the firewall market, along with their "other products". in retrospect za is a dedicated company that licenses top quality firewall software.
norton is running business increasing like microsoft...
Have you used Norton's firewall? Probably not.Originally posted by james_bond_rulez@14 November 2003 - 01:40

Does anyone read PC Magazine?
They have Norton Personal Firewall AND Zone Alarm Pro as editor's choices. I'll believe them before I believe a mere handful of users on this forum because YOU haven't even used the product.
Oh and I would test either of these products, pick one then add your hardware firewall. (hardware firewalls are usually enough)

Actually I do. To the average user a hardware firewall IS usually enough. I didn't say to only use that though. As I said, pick one top software firewall AND a hardware firewall.
You obviously don't know anything about Norton's firewall. Your're sitting there sprouting opinions about a piece of software you've never used just because they're "just trying to have a share of the firewall market, along with their "other products".
They seem to have done a pretty good job.
Keep your uneducated want-to-know-it-all opinions to yourself.
Your ego won't shrink any less if you just STFU sometimes.

oh wow if you run so low on words you can always flip open a dictionary, no need for stfu
anyways this topic is open for discussion i dont need to keep opinions to myself.
if you are so narrow minded about other ppl's opinions i suggest you turn off ur computer, go outside and yell "ooooosa" to strangers. Believe me, it'll do you some good
