Forums are built on both contribution to the purpose (P2P) and loyalty (which establishes a sense of community).

    We already recognize contribution.

    How should we recognize loyalty?

I say this because I notice that 1 year anniversaries are starting to become a daily thing.
    Nah.

I was just amazed that I finally hit 200.

I'll be on my deathbed waiting for 1000-never happen, I'm too political.

The "anniversary" thing is all NikkiD's fault, she's the one who caught it.

'Course, she's a mod; I'm loathe to criticize.

    Wow!
That' s sooo nice of you!!!

It's actually excacty how my friends and girlfriend(s...) describe me..........most of the time, that is, apart from being a total jerk occasionally........(but that's just for some balance.....)

It's just that i like celebrating life.
Seen ,and been in, enough shit .......(more than most here can imagine.....), the more reason to enjoy the life i'm living now.......
(like the new teeth i got yesterday....., i mean, i allready was handsome; but now i just can't pass a mirror without smiling to myself!!!&#33

Bla, bla, bla: There i go again........

    Grtz,

    Happy Yogi

Yepp, the warranty went out on my gnashers a while back. Time to visit the dentist again real soon - whipped porterhouse steak is no fun through a straw

Now, let's make it some fun then:

    Porterhouse Porridge.

Porterhouse Porridge with Mushroom and Garlic Sauce
    4 10 - 12 oz. Porterhouse Steaks

Bring steaks to room temperature. Grill on high heat 6 minutes or until golden brown. Turn and cook on other side 5 minutes or desired doneness.

Note: You can tell when a steak is cooked to medium by touching the fat part of the palm of your hand under your thumb. Poke your hand and when the steak feels like that it is done to medium.

    Mushroom and Garlic Sauce

1 lb. mushrooms (of your choice)

    3 minced garlic cloves

    1 T. oil

    1 1/2 C. beef broth

    3 T. flour

    3 T. butter

Saute mushrooms in oil with garlic. Cook 4 minutes and add beef broth. Bring to a boil and cook about 4 minutes. Mix butter and flour together. Whisk into mushroom mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Note: After sauteing mushrooms you could if you like add a little Maderia or Sherry. Cook a couple of minutes before continuing with recipe.

After all this you put everything in:

    (jonno can instruct you here........)

If needed, repeat this peoces till satisfactory fluidity is reached.
Speed: In our testing, the Bosch Universal meat grinder went through over 40 lbs. of beef in 10 minutes with the included 4.5 mm plate (4.5 mm is a little smaller than 3/16".) Plate diameter is 2-1/4". Large 6" x 12" feed tray. Fan-cooled motor for continuous grinding.
Put the Porterhouse Porridge in a nice bowl and sprinkle some chives over it.

    Time to munch:

    Pick your favorite straw:

    Bon appetite!!

    UKMan & SG-

    You guys-I swear.

    Don't ever leave, eh?

Not to sound militaristic, but without people like you, we lose a bit of "Esprit de Corps".

Ah, the comradeship of the board-

    's wonderful.
