I agree with you. People who murder children are scum. In fact, I'd go so far as to say that anybody who murders anyone is scum. There is no justification for the death toll created out of The Troubles. As far as I'm concerned... as one who carried far too many mates coffins after they visited your island of hate... we should never have sent troops in... we should have stood back and let you murder each other.
However, to deny that the British army and NI security forces funded and trained by British institutions weren't directly responsible for the deliberate murder of children here is just plain lies. I could list them, but that point is moot. The vast majority of people in Northern Ireland are decent, law-abiding, peaceful citizens who didn't ask for any of it, but received it in abundance nonetheless. The same is true for England. To deny that, as you do above, is an act of ignorant racism, but that's hardly surprising coming from a bitter flake like yourself.
I didn't kill any of your mates and I have no sympathy for them either. If you join the army, expect to get blown up. It's an occupational hazard and any cunt dopey enough to lay down his life for his country for barely above minimum wage has all the potential attributes of a fucking sandbag, as far as I'm concerned.

And one other small detail... you might want to confine your use of "the vast majority of Irish people never asked" line to people who didn't get to sit online reading the celebratory congratulations that so many in the republican comunity passed around between themselves, when they murdered two 18 year old lads... just because many didn't have the bollocks to actually commit the murders... doesn't mean we didn't watch them all cheering the murderers on.
