The defensive reaction is precisely because they're taking a swipe because you posted some words and not because they're chavis' mate because the implication in your post(s) is that Bo (or whoever) would only take a swipe at you to suck up to chavis, which is obviously going to elicit a defensive response when it isn't the case.

You just said that your point was that people responded defensively - which is true, they do. You also made the point that people, in this case Bo, denied being his mate. Which is false (certainly in this case). It was number 5 in your list of points.
I disputed this.

FFS! It's really simple honest.

Bo (as you call him) posted nasty remarks about me to chavis.
He then objected to me making an observation about him being a mate of chavis.

I said nothing to him. I made a perfectly reasonable observation about him (based upon the evidence of this thread) which happily explains why his opinion is of fuck all consequence to me.

I haven't called him any names.
I haven't attacked him in anyway.

It was he who went off on one when I merely stated a fact. If he wants to read shit into posts which I never said, that's his problem. I didn't engage with him, I only exercised my right to comment upon someone who commented upon me.

I then noted that it's a common pattern, that more than one member here has exhibited, when I have pointed out that they're a friend/mate of chavis. This defensiveness, that is thrown back at me... and no matter how you try to paint it, that's what it clearly is. Like being a mate of chavis is something they don't like me pointing out.
