Then the place is probably not for you. The same can be said of any other tracker whose member count can be measured in hundred thousands and is so approachable.

tbh i dont know whats so good about TL.. ive been a member there for 2+years and i cant say its the best scene tracker out there

- pretimes (really slow)
-content (many scene releases are not uploaded)

+ lots of leechers\seeders (seedboxes)
+unlike many 0day trackers stuff there tend to stay available for a while with a decent ammount of seeders

Its not the best scene tracker, its one of the best general trackers, they have Internal releases, so they sometimes don't need scene releases ...
